NBCC Services Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on dated 18th September 2023 for the FY 2023-24 & 2024-25with its holding company NBCC (India) Ltd. ,a Navratna CPSE outlining the performance targets for the Company for the FY 2023-24 & 2024-25.

The MoU has been signed between Shri P.K. Gupta, CMD of NBCC(I) Limited and Smt. B.K. Sokhey, Director (Finance)/Chairperson-NSL of NBCC Services Limited.

On the occasion of MoU signing, Shri K.P.Mahadeva Swamy, Director (Commercial), Shri Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), Shri M.B.Singhal - Director - NSL, Smt. Reshma Dudani, ED (Engg.), Shri Sanjay Kumar Gupta, CEO – NSL, Shri. M.K Jain, CFO-NSL and other officials of NBCC/NSL were present.

The MoU sets the performance targets for the Company for theFY 2023-24 & 2024-25 and provides the snapshot of the milestones to be achieved by the company in respect of Financial & Operational Performance Parameters.

MoU for the FY 2020-21 signed between NBCC(India) Ltd. and NBCC Services Limited on 31st August, 2020 at NBCC Corporate Office, New Delhi in the presence of Hon’ble CMD Shri P K Gupta, Director (Projects)/Chairman-NSL Shri N K Shah, Director(Finance)/CFO Smt. B K Sokhey, CEO-NSL Shri Novman Ahmed, CFO-NSL Shri Amarnath Mourya, All HODs of NBCC Corporate Office and Senior Officers of NSL. Photographs are attached.

NBCC (India) Limited and NBCC Services Limited (A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of NBCC) have signed MoU for the FY 2018-19. As per the MoU signed on May 5, 2018 between Shri Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC and Smt. A. Sabeena, CEO, NSL, the target for Revenue generation from operations by NSL has been fixed at Rs 115 crore, while profit has been targeted at Rs 12 crore. The MoU has also set targets on an increased Order Book, Business Development, System Improvement, Capacity Utilization, Technology Upgradation, Production Efficiency, etc. The MoU signing between NBCC and NSL holds major significance, as clients will now experience end-to-end service, starting from construction services by NBCC to maintenance works by NSL. This significant agreement will further pave the way for overall performance of the Organization.
